Working with Pride Roundtable

Time: to

Hosted by Mercer, this event launches and discusses Business in the Community's new Working with Pride report.

The report presents a deeper dive into the experiences of lesbian, gay, Bi+ and Trans+ people in the workplace through two of our flagship pieces of research, the Mental Health at Work Report 2018, in partnership with Mercer and the Equal Lives Report 2018, in partnership with Santander.
BITC is excited to share these brand-new insights and data that can inform more tailored and effective policies, procedures and interventions.
The event will focus on supporting LGBT+ leaders to remain visible as their career progresses. Tony Wood, UK Managing Director, Mercer Marsh Benefits will chair a panel discussion with:
  • Amanda Flint, Co-Chair PRIDE UK network at Mercer
  • Kirsty Lacey, Director of Transformation and Support Santander UK,
  • Richard Moor, Head of Portfolio, Royal Mail Letters and Network
The panellists will share the work they are doing internally and externally to address the challenges outlined by the reports. This will be followed by a round table discussion, allowing you to exchange experiences and practical solutions to the challenges raised with your peers.
This event is for senior decision makers and is an invitation only event. If you are interested in attending and have not received an invitation, please email Aishlyn Angill-Williams, Wellbeing Campaign Manager.
