Supported by Capgemini, at this dinner Business in the Community's Gender Equality Director, Chloe Chambraud will present the latest trends on sexual harassment, explain why it matters and what employers can do to tackle it and create an inclusive culture.
Last year, the #Metoo campaign raised awareness about the high volume of sexual harassment taking place throughout Hollywood and in our workplaces. Never before has sexual assault, and particularly its presence in the workplace, been brought into the public eye and stayed there. There has been a tremendous amount of change in public attitudes, but what has changed for employers, and for their staff?
The dinner will be held under Chatham House rules and you will have the unique opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities in tackling inappropriate behaviour in your organisation. We will be joined by experts who have made strides to prevent sexual harassment and will share impact stories and recommendations.
The evening will include a three course dinner.
This is an invitation only event. If you think you should have received an invitation and have not, please contact Tracy Rees, Leadership Engagement Manager
