Financial Services Masterclass: How to take tangible steps to counteract unconscious bias at work

Date:

Time: to

Venue:
State Street
20 churchill Place Canary Wharf
London E14 5HJ

This is the first in a series of four Master Classes open to financial services sector members of the gender and race and wellbeing campaigns.

The series opens with a session specifically for line managers.  Working with members from all sectors we heard a common feedback: Unconscious Bias training raises awareness but does little to provide actual tools to take immediate steps to minimise bias during day-to-day work life. This masterclass has been developed to address this issue. The session equips participants with viable and tangible strategies to minimise the effects of unconscious bias in their own behaviour and in everyday interactions within their teams. Further, it supports delegates to achieve maximum impact by identifying and addressing the fundamental issue.

Who should attend?
This event is open to Financial Services Sector members of the gender and race equality and wellbeing campaigns – Allocation is 1 place per campaign membership and will be on a first come first served basis.
