This is the final in a series of four master classes open to financial services sector members of the gender, race and wellbeing campaigns.
It is very clear to Diversity and Inclusion professionals, as well as anyone passionate about equality in the workplace, that diversity and inclusion objectives can only be meaningfully achieved through an ‘all hands on-deck’ approach, whereby responsibilities and accountabilities are shared across the business. Yet, this principle is difficult to put into practice. This session takes a practical approach to successfully embedding a D&I strategy into core business operations. Through case studies, research and actionable strategies, it aims to provide a framework that demonstrably works to engage and employ all areas in your organisation towards achieving and sustaining D&I objectives.
