In only two months time, it will be mandatory for companies with 250 employees or more employees to publish gender pay gap information under Section 78 of the Equality Act 2010.
This workshop will provide a step-by-step approach to the regulations and answer questions surrounding gender pay gap calculations. The workshop will also include guidance on how to write your company narrative, what elements to include and how to communicate your pay gap internally and externally.

Chloe has responded to the government consultations on GPG and has created case studies, factsheets and toolkits for our members. She has also supported two champion members in the reporting process, getting them ready to publish a transparent narrative that reflects their engagement.
This event is free to members of the Business in the Community gender equality campaign with 2 places per organisation available. The workshop is relevant to HR/ Diversity and Reward practitioners and those involved in calculating and communicating the pay gap.
